Breaking changes! All generations are public by default

We've made all generations public by default (you can make yours private, though), therefore there are free generations available in API now! We've also removed a requirement to buy at least 100 credits to get an API token.
Also:
- New error code 439. You'll get this one if you'll create too many simultaneous free AI Art generation requests.
- Default amount of images in one generation is 4 (price is the same).
