How do I give better prompts for better answers?

I have been working on a deity from DnD for a player in a game I used the description of the character and have been trying to get better at promting from there.

"She takes the form of a tanned, lithe giantess with long legs, wearing leather armor and carrying a spear that flames on her command, a bow, and a quiver of arrows. Her hair is red-golden, and her large eyes are hazel-brown**."* Well as I have tried to refine my searches I seem to keep running into more than half are coming up blurred, I have tried "conservative" and "safe for work" to try and add a layer of protection, but it doesn't seem possible, at least not as far I know.
