Can I upload a photo to create my own art using the API?

Yes. Photo uploads are now supported. Take a look at the imageUrl parameter at /ai-art/generate request. You can check how to upload files here.

How do I turn off private mode or disable the Safe Results Filter?

  • API Requests: All art generations made via the API are private by default (the Safe Results Filter is disabled).
  • Website Orders: To disable the safe filter, tick the “Private results” checkbox when creating a new order.

Why is it taking so long to generate an image?

Generation times can vary due to server load and the parameters used. If you experience delays, consider our paid services for faster processing. For persistent issues, please contact support.

What does the error "Validation Failed amount: This value should be of type int." mean?

This error indicates that the amount parameter was sent as a string. Make sure to pass it as an integer without quotation marks (e.g., "amount": 4).

Do you provide webhooks for completed training and image generation?

Webhooks are available for business clients with high volumes of orders. If you think your use case qualifies, please contact us at [email protected]. We’re also working to make webhooks accessible for everyone in the future.

I purchased credits but cannot use them on a second PC. What could be the issue?

This often happens when different login methods (e.g., Facebook vs. Google) are used on different devices. Ensure you’re logging in with the same account on all PCs. If the problem persists, please contact support.

Can I sell the art generated by neural.love?

Yes. All generated images are released under a CC0 license, which means you are free to use and sell them commercially.
